Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead the full Sales, Planning, and Development organization with responsibility for overall business performance, including full P&L ownership and revenue growth targets. Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to expand market share, strengthen channel performance, and drive demand across multiple customer segments. Build and sustain a high-performance culture by setting clear objectives, defining KPIs, and driving accountability across teams. Oversee organizational development, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and capability building across leadership and operational teams. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Government Affairs to align strategy and execution. Lead financial planning and performance management, ensuring profitability, cost control, and effective investment decisions across the business. Drive commercialization strategies for new products and ensure alignment between market needs, product roadmap, and operational execution. Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions and long-term growth initiatives. Requirements: 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, business development, or commercial operations, ideally within manufacturing, HVAC, consumer products, or related industries. Proven track record of full P&L ownership and delivering significant revenue growth in a competitive market. Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization. Deep understanding of go-to-market strategy, channel management (retail, wholesale, and e-commerce), and market expansion. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis, and investment planning. Demonstrated ability to lead organizational transformation and build high-performance teams.
