About the role: As Director, Sales Finance, you will serve as a strategic finance partner on Samsara’s largest and most complex deals, while leading Deal Desk for our Enterprise business. Reporting to the Vice President, Finance, you will partner closely with Sales leadership to structure deals that support growth and long-term value. This is a high-visibility leadership role with exposure across senior leadership, and you will lead a team while working across Sales, Finance, Operations, Accounting, Legal, and Product to navigate complex commercial decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong financial judgment with commercial acumen and is energized by solving hard problems and helping teams get important deals done. They bring both strategic perspective and operational rigor, and know how to work across functions to create strong outcomes for Samsara and our customers.
