What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of combined experience in Sales, Enablement or Learning & Development, Proven track record of creating and leading impactful learning programs in a B2B environment, Demonstrated ability to manage the entire enablement lifecycle, Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and the challenges faced by modern sales teams, Exceptional communication skills, Ability to build relationships, gain credibility, and influence stakeholders at all levels, Demonstrable experience using AI tools in a training context, Fluency with core technologies (Microsoft Suite, Seismic, Articulate and Adobe)
