You will lead the design and delivery of sales training and skills development programs, creating world-class training programs that empower our selling organization. You are part builder, part strategist, and part coach, capable of moving seamlessly from high-level program design to hands-on content creation and delivery. **What You Will Be Responsible For:** * **Strategy & Leadership:** Partner with leadership to define our training**** strategy, identify performance gaps, and build a learning roadmap that aligns with key business priorities. * **Program Development:** Design, build, and manage comprehensive enablement programs focused on building a high-performing learning culture. These include role-based skill academies, everboarding and talent development initiatives. * **Content & Instructional Design:** Oversee the creation and maintenance of impactful learning content, leveraging generative AI to accelerate development and ensure assets are personalized and effective across multiple formats (e.g., e-learning, instructor-led training, job aids, video). * **Facilitation & Delivery:** Facilitate key training sessions for sales teams and leaders, demonstrating best-in-class delivery in both virtual and in-person settings. * **Performance & Measurement:** Define and
