Must Have
10+ years of experience leading large-scale regulatory, cybersecurity, or risk programs in a complex enterprise environment, Demonstrated knowledge of control testing methodologies, Ability to connect regulatory requirements to business outcomes, sequencing initiatives to balance urgency and long-term goals, Exceptional political acuity and executive presence, with a track record of influencing outcomes without formal authority, Proven ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams in a matrixed organization, Composure under pressure, with experience navigating ambiguity, regulatory scrutiny, and competing priorities, Deep understanding of cybersecurity and regulatory landscapes (e. g. , NIST, OSFI, NYDFS) and their operational implications, Proven experience leading and successfully delivering programs with very high level of value (benefit/cost), complexity and uncertainty, Expert level Influencing, Negotiating, Communication, Presentation and Facilitation skills, Demonstrated change management capabilities

CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, PMP, Previous Banking Experience
