Must Have
10 years’ experience as an MLRO in the fintech sector, Comprehensive understanding of the Bank of Lithuania's regulations, Comprehensive understanding of the local Lithuanian fintech regulatory landscape, Excellent working knowledge of AML/CTF regulations, Ability to work independently, under pressure and to tight deadlines, Ability to take ownership and drive projects forward, Able to operate in a global, virtual environment, Collaboration and engagement with a variety of individual stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience with compliance technology, Experience with data-driver solutions
What You'll Do.
Ensure Nium is ahead of regulatory changes
Build relationships with stakeholders
Develop innovative compliance solutions
Chair Compliance committee
Manage and mentor staff members
Ensure policies and procedures are up to date
Correspondence with the Regulator
Identify and support implementation of compliance technology
Manage internal and external audits
Prepare and submit suspicious activity reports
Annual refresh of AML/CTF training

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Lithuanian; Lead calls and workshops; Present to customers and internal stakeholders
