Bachelor’s degree in nursing or healthcare related area, Master’s degree in healthcare related field or business within three years, Three years of healthcare experience managing multiple functions, Knowledge of hospital clinical operations related to patient safety and quality, Experience in infection control or regulatory affairs, Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) within two years, Knowledge of performance improvement theory and statistical analysis, Knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards, Experience facilitating and leading PI teams, Excellent interpersonal skills, Excellent organizational skills, Excellent oral communication skills, Excellent written communication skills, Computer literacy, Operation and software application use
