Must Have
University Degree and minimum 14 years relevant experience or Advanced Degree and minimum 12 years experience, 10+ years enterprise applications, IT leadership, or related fields, Proven experience standing up new organizations, Proven experience selecting leadership, Proven experience building high-performing teams, Experience managing budgets of $7M or more, Understanding of CORE methodologies, Understanding of quality management systems, Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, Demonstrated ability to secure funding, Demonstrated ability to deliver results aligned with business priorities, Project management skills, Strategic planning skills, Organizational skills, Excellent communication abilities, Excellent leadership abilities, Track record of driving cross-functional collaboration, Track record of fostering innovation, U. S. citizenship is required
