Must Have
10 years of experience in Quality leadership, deep technical background in engineering, proven track record of scaling global QMS, modernizing QMS through technology and data-led innovation, deep expertise in raw materials and finished goods engineering, understanding of the "how" of equipment tooling and retooling, leadership presence, no-ego collaborative style, passionate about cost optimization, passionate about value engineering, autonomous, capable of pivoting global strategies, capable of halting production in response to quality risks, expert at identifying root-cause trends, expert at prioritizing topics that move the needle, communicator who can drive accountability and partnership across diverse global teams, creative, agile, motivated by a fast-paced and ever changing environment

Own the evolution of Quality
Optimize the entire global supply chain
Identify and champion solutions
Enable supply chain systems
Lead global manufacturing innovation
Drive the strategy for equipment
Design and govern technical excellence standards
Manage the routine testing program
Modernize manufacturing capabilities
Advocate for targeted automation or tooling upgrades
Partner with global Product Development leadership
Direct supplier engagements
Architect and execute a comprehensive 'Cost of Quality' roadmap
Develop DIY kits and modular product designs
Actively seek out product quality improvements
Lead the integration of AI-driven analytics
