What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field, 5 years of relevant progressive business experience in business operations, finance, contracting or other related disciplines
Nice to Have
Master's Degree, 5 years of relevant prior experience leading professional-level teams, 5 years of relevant prior experience building new and innovative relationships and strategies with key suppliers, 2 years of relevant knowledge and application of supplier contract strategy, negotiations, contractual terms, and contract administration experience, 5 years of relevant experience Knowledge of supplier processes and supply chain risk factors including experience in assessing and mitigating risk in the supply base, 5 years of relevant knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies & cost reduction methodologies experience, 2 years of relevant experience operating in a highly regulated industry, Medical Device industry sourcing and supplier management experience, Professional certifications through APICS, ISM, AHRMM, and/or CSCMP
