What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Business or similar, Minimum 15 years purchasing and supply chain management experience, Demonstrated success building strategic supplier partnerships, Proven ability to lead change management initiatives, Deep knowledge of outsourcing cost drivers, Experience in contracts and/or accounting

Nice to Have

Advanced degree preferred, Purchasing and supply chain management experience in clinical or pharmaceutical industry preferred

Ensure compliance with vendor and purchasing

Adjust logistics strategies as needed

Build and maintain external partner relationships

Drive cost savings through innovation

Provide strategic vision

Provide thought leadership

Oversee daily purchasing operations

Oversee account alignment

Oversee roadmap execution

Perform other duties as assigned
