Must Have
8-10 years in client-facing project management, or scientific environment, 5+ years of experience in managing personnel, In-depth knowledge of contract development/research, pharmaceutical, biotech industries, Proven knowledge of project management, Proven leadership with interpersonal, problem solving, presentation, negotiation and facilitation skills, Proven success in driving and contributing to a team-oriented environment, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, Customer related experience and excellent client facing skills, Proven analytical and communication skills, ability to influence at all levels of organization

What You'll Do.
Provide leadership to the Schorndorf Clinical Development and Supply Project Management team
Ensure all projects are managed effectively and according to client expectations
Participate in global objectives and driving the development of the global project management function
Participate in site decisions and initiatives and striving to meet revenue
and monitor performance of Project Management Managers
Senior Project Managers
and Project Coordinators
Ensure the Project Management staff are trained and developed appropriately
Ensure the Project Management staff adheres to all G&Os
Responsible for ensuring that a safe working environment is maintained
Initiate and manage assigned Project Management budget
Provide effective support to teams
Be the point of escalation for issues
Ensure the Project Management staff supply required information and participate in forecasting
Support client visits along with business development and site leadership
Interact with clients related to new and on-going business
Represent Global Director PM at Executive meetings
