About the Team: The Director of Project Management is a critical position supporting senior leadership, enabling leaders to execute strategic work while ensuring operational rigor. This role is a part of the Financial Services Technology Top of House Command Center and is responsible for driving horizontal initiatives that support ~1500 associates across the division. The individual in this role will lead the Financial Services Technology (FS Tech) annual business rhythm (annual strategic planning, monthly business reviews, quarterly business reviews, etc); divisional governance processes; strategic initiatives; labor strategy; campus programs; learning and development; associate engagement; and communications. Candidates should have a passion for technology, strong strategic command, an engaging executive presence, exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills, expertise in relationship-building, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once. Candidates should be excited about improving the daily lives and development of our engineers and helping leaders advance our strategy at scale.
