What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in engineering, aeronautical studies or aircraft systems, More than 10 years’ minimum experience in airline maintenance & engineering activities, Knowledge of airline engineering, Knowledge about airlines’ organization and operation, Good knowledge of customer needs in terms of maintenance & engineering operational activities, Experienced in working with Electronic Data Processing systems, people management skills and ability to manage a large team, Proven high motivation and flexibility skills to work in a high-demanding environment, Excellent presentation skills, Excellent coordination and people skills to deal with customers, employees and industry partners, Autonomous, ability to take initiative, customer focused, Works well in a collaborative team environment, Present a professional appearance as generally accepted in the business and aerospace environment, Mature interpersonal skills, strong, polished communication abilities, Have analytic and/or technical understanding

Nice to Have

Masters or MBA preferred, Knowledge of FAA/EASA Regulation (minimum JAR121, JAR145 and JAR66) is a plus, Experience in technical service/support field/aircraft fleet reliability is a plus

What You'll Do.

Manage team of Fleet Efficiency managers

Provide supervision and guidance

Monitor and recommend fleet performance improvements

Define mitigations for regional issues

Support Programs and Customer Services organizations

Promote fleet performance tools

Cooperate with authorities

Monitor fleet performance

Propose necessary actions

Build up partnership with customers

Gather operational/maintenance/airworthiness requirements

Ensure safety of in-service fleet

Provide expertise to Safety organizations

Evaluate maintenance and engineering practices

Identify areas to be enhanced

Act as regional focal point

Coordinate fleet review activities

Prioritize regional fleet issues

Organize expert forums

Support activity to improve performance

Analyze fleet in-service data

Identify emerging fleet issues

Prepare and manage Reviews

Produce Fleet Performance Dashboards

Contribute to conferences

Contribute to Technical Review Meetings

Act as regional focal point

Promote available solutions

Provides Technical Data familiarization course

analyzes customer feedback needs

Ensures regular communication

Communicates/Coordinates with HQ

Answer Technical Data queries

Support local Airbus teams

Perform market analyses
