Bachelor’s degree in STEM, 10+ years professional/military experience, Project/program management experience, Defense/aerospace industry background, Prior experience leading multi-functional teams, Experience preparing proposals and ECP, Experience with Basic Programmatic skills, Risk management experience, Financial acumen experience, Willing to work flexible work schedule, Support on call status 24/7/365, Active DoD Top Secret Clearance, Ability to obtain CI polygraph
Nice to Have
SCI Access with CI polygraph adjudicated positively within last 3 years, Previous experience working on location/field for DoD/Intelligence Community, Ability/Previous experience communicating/presenting to directors, VP, technical managers, customers, Familiarity or background with Space Sector organizations, processes, leaders, Customer experience or familiarity with Customer acquisitions, organizations, budget processes, investment strategies, Four (4) year commitment preferred

Manage day-to-day 24/7 operations
Lead team to exceed expectations
Prioritize performance management tasks
Ensure effective teams are in place
Work with international and US locations
installation activities
Serve as primary interface to local customer
Represent program and company to customer
Provide career development and coaching
Provide performance feedback and management
Ensure process discipline
Work with HRBP on functional tasks
Promote highest standards of conduct
Actively recruit and maintain staffing levels
