**_Job Description_** **What is the opportunity?** The Global Equity Derivatives Technology team is embarking on an ambitious modernization initiative for the Sophis platform, transforming how we deliver critical trading and risk management capabilities across Capital Markets. In this role, you will lead the product evolution of a complex, enterprise-scale system that supports structured notes, options, swaps, and other equity derivatives products. You’ll serve as the central point of alignment among diverse internal stakeholders who depend on Sophis. You will be responsible for the prioritization of the book of work for the global team of developers who must maintain a balance between production stability and transformation.
