Must Have

BAS/MBA or equivalent work experience, Advanced experience managing cross-functional teams (CFTs) in a manufacturing environment, financial acumen with a clear and practical understanding of all P&L components, Proven client-facing experience with stakeholder management and communication skills, Solid background in manufacturing, Advanced English level (written and spoken), Ability to balance technical understanding with financial and business focus, understanding of internal manufacturing and operational processes, Manage Manufacturing Process Introduction (MPI), Maintain a Mass Production (MP) mindset, Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 direct report, Establish and scale additional NPI capacity, Drive NPI execution with a focus on On-Time Delivery (OTD), Ensure successful production ramp and launch readiness
