You’ll own the vision, roadmap, and delivery for Simplii’s workflow orchestration platform, enabling both internal operational workflows and external client-facing journeys to be composed, integrated, and delivered quickly, safely, and consistently. You’ll translate consumer needs, architecture standards, security/IAM requirements, and business priorities into a clear platform product roadmap and prioritized backlog for a cross-functional squad. Your role will be central to building and evolving reusable workflow and orchestration building blocks, ensuring cross-cutting platform controls, and driving architectural evolution, including AI agent workflow enablement.
