Must Have
Director of AI Product Management to define and drive the vision for our next generation of AI-native solutions, own the AI product strategy across NiCE's CX platform, leading the product management aspect, work hand-in-hand with engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market functions, be the voice of AI product leadership, influencing executive decisions, engaging enterprise customers, ensuring NiCE stays definitively ahead of the market, strategic altitude, hands-on AI fluency, set a multi-year vision, prototype a product concept, equally comfortable in a boardroom and a build sprint
Nice to Have
Advanced degree is an advantage, Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLM-based products, or agentic AI systems, Background in Contact Center, CCaaS, WEM, or enterprise CX platforms, Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) at scale, Familiarity with regulated enterprise environments: compliance, recording, IP telephony, or data privacy, Experience building or scaling AI product practices within a larger product organization
