Must Have
Four-year degree or equivalent experience, 10+ years of combined experience across product management and domain experience, Experience with technology and ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams, communication skills and proven ability to influence both at a strategic leadership level and cross functionally, Expert at working in the agile environment, Strategic mindset and bias for action with ability for strategic planning, defining OKRs and driving business outcomes, Ability to lead and influence a team while fostering relationships across multiple enterprise-wide teams, Deep understanding of data, analytics, AI/ML concepts, and how models, signals, and systems come together to generate actionable intelligence, Systems thinker who can connect physical device signals, operational context, and business outcomes to solve complex enterprise problems, Experience building reusable enterprise capabilities, shared platforms, or standards that enable multiple products, workflows, or teams
Nice to Have
preferably in physical intelligence, computer vision, RFID, smart buildings, sensing, IoT, edge or physical infrastructure capabilities, enterprise platforms, data products, AI/ML products, or adjacent signal-based product spaces

Set overall strategic vision for product space and team
