Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Define and lead the multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for the developer experience ecosystem, spanning inner dev loop tooling, CI/CD, observability, internal developer platforms, and AI-driven development workflows. Lead and develop a team of product managers, each responsible for key areas of the DevEx portfolio, ensuring strong execution, prioritization, and alignment with engineering leadership. Drive the company’s AI-for-development strategy, including evaluation, governance, rollout, and measurement of AI coding assistants and agentic software development tools. Partner with engineering leadership to co-own platform outcomes, shared OKRs, and adoption of paved-path development practices across all product teams. Define and track DevEx success metrics such as developer productivity, cycle time, deployment reliability, adoption rates, and AI leverage across engineering workflows. Translate developer pain points into prioritized, data-driven product bets through deep discovery with engineers, staff/principal engineers, EMs, and adjacent business stakeholders. Lead adoption strategy ensuring internal teams consistently choose standardized platforms and workflows that improve speed, quality, and scalability of software delivery. Requirements: 10+ years of product management experience, including significant leadership of developer-facing, infrastructure, or platform products in complex technical environments. Proven experience leading multi-team, multi-year product roadmaps at a Director level, with a strong track record of delivering widely adopted internal platforms. Strong technical fluency with software engineering concepts, SDLC tooling, cloud platforms, and modern AI-assisted or agentic development approaches. Hands-on technical background in engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, or ML/AI engineering earlier in career, enabling credibility with senior engineering stakeholders.
