What They're Looking For.
Must Have
12+ years in product management, at least 5 years leading product teams, 3+ years managing data-focused or platform product areas, Proven success owning large-scale data platforms, data infrastructure, or ML/AI product roadmaps in fintech or technology organizations, Deep understanding of data architecture, governance, pipelines, analytics workflows, and cloud-based data ecosystems, track record building and scaling teams, defining org structures, and mentoring senior PMs, Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, including experience influencing at the executive level, Demonstrated ability to set vision while driving clarity and execution across complex, cross-functional programs, Expertise in data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and product analytics, Solid understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to fintech data (e. g. , privacy laws, security standards, data residency)
