And that's where you come in: We're looking for an experienced Director of Product Management to lead the Assessment domain. This role is accountable for market expansion, revenue growth, and go-to-market strategy across the Assessments domain. You will also hold accountability for platform modernization, customer retention, and the change management required to evolve a product that school districts and universities have built their workflows around. This is a role for someone who thrives in full strategic ownership at the product line level — business cases, market opportunity assessment, competitive positioning, and annual planning. You operate across the organization, with executives, sales leaders, and cross-functional partners as your primary stakeholders. Your output is a strategy that earns investment and revenue that proves it right. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO KNOW/HAVE: - Own the product retention and growth strategy for our Assessments domain, from opportunity identification, to iterative delivery, go-to-market execution, to value adoption - Develop product strategy for new capabilities, new customer segments, and entry into adjacent markets - Lead a team of Product Managers that operates AI-first, coaching PMs to compress time-to-validation, sharpen decisions, and drive delivery velocity - Partner directly with customers around the world – institutions of every size, K-12 and higher ed, alike, to represent their voice in every decision - Shape product direction and investment priorities through competitive analysis and market intelligence, holding accountability for g
