Must Have
10+ years of Product Management experience, 7+ years of people leadership experience, specifically leading Product Managers, Experience creating and delivering customer centric, data-driven product vision and strategy, A track record of delivering quantifiable results with significant business and customer impacts

Experience in financial services, payments, technology or operations, Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field, Strategic and detail oriented.
