Must Have
8+ years product management, 5+ years payments or financial services, Hands-on A2A payment products experience, 3+ years managing PMs, Experience leading geographically distributed teams, Experience leading product through corporate acquisition, Player/coach mentality, Commercial instincts, Deep experience working with customers, Experience partnering with Engineering on payment system architecture, Proven use of data-driven insights, Exceptional execution skills, Fluent with AI tools for product work, Exceptional communicator
Nice to Have
Experience with open banking platforms, Nacha Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), Knowledge of ACH operating rules, Knowledge of Reg-E requirements, Experience with cross-border money movement, FX SaaS background, B2B embedded finance background, MBA or equivalent experience
