What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of experience in Product, Sales, Operations, and/or Data Analytics, Bachelor’s degree in business or similar field, Requires a comprehensive understanding of internal and industry standards as well as regulatory and compliance rules and regulations, Ability to build a deep understanding of other departments and functions throughout Product, Sales, Customer Support, Operations, and Finance, Experience analyzing processes and identifying opportunity for improvement, Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization and key outside parties, Comfortable negotiating, influencing and effectively communicating and managing change
