Full Job Description
## Accountabilities In this role, you will own the design strategy and execution for core growth product experiences while leading and developing a high-performing design team. You will shape how users discover, adopt, and expand usage of the platform, directly influencing key business metrics. Your responsibilities will include: Defining and leading the design vision across onboarding, activation, monetization, retention, and cancellation experiences Managing, mentoring, and scaling a team of product designers focused on growth and lifecycle journeys Partnering with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to align design strategy with business objectives and success metrics Driving experimentation and optimization through A/B testing, user research, and behavioral data insights Translating business goals into scalable, intuitive, and high-performing user experiences Establishing strong design processes, standards, and quality bar across growth-related product surfaces Representing design at the leadership level and influencing broader product strategy and roadmap decisions Requirements This role requires extensive experience in product design leadership, particularly within SaaS or complex B2B2C environments. You should bring a strong balance of strategic thinking, executional excellence, and people leadership, along with a proven ability to deliver measurable product impact. Key qualifications include: 8+ years of experience in product design, including at least 3+ years in a leadership role Proven success designing and scaling growth-focused experiences (onboarding, activation, retention, conversion, churn reduction) Experience leading and developing design teams in fast-paced, cross-functional environments Strong product thinking with the ability to balance user needs and business outcomes Demonstrated impact on key metrics such as activation, retention, and revenue growth Experience working with experimentation frameworks, data-informed design, and iterative
