Domestic jobs and manufacturing are fundamental to our full-lifecycle approach to projects, along with a long-term ownership model and a company culture dedicated to our community partners and protecting the natural environment. **Job Summary:** The Director of Procurement (M5) is responsible for leading and executing LRE's procurement strategy across four core areas: (i) supporting execution projects through the structuring, negotiation, and administration of major equipment supply agreements and EPC contracts; (ii) supporting the Company's growing operating fleet through disciplined, cost-effective purchasing and vendor management; (iii) overseeing corporate procurement to drive cost savings through vendor consolidation, strategic sourcing, and negotiated rate structures; and (iv) managing approximately $1.5 billion of Owner Supplied Equipment, including allocation to projects, drawdown planning, and disposition through third-party sales of equipment not designated for use. This role will build, lead, and optimize a high-performing procurement organization, including developing existing team members, and will work closely with Pre-Construction and Project Management and Operations teams to align equipment strategy with project design, schedule, costs, and logistics. The Director will also lead the development and implementation of enhanced procurement processes and controls to ensure commercial integrity, risk management, and consistent execution across the enterprise.
