What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree, minimum 10 years of experience in procurement operations and strategic sourcing, Medical Device, Pharma, or Biotech experience (7+ years), thorough understanding of ISO 13485 and FDA regulations, Prior experience in developing and implementing category strategies and sourcing efforts for indirect procurement areas such as IT, capex, marketing, facilities, and services, Effective communicator with ability to influence at all levels, analytical skills, Comprehensive knowledge on contract commercial terms, ability to lead supply agreement negotiations independently, Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and juggle shifting priorities and tight timelines
Nice to Have
Prior experience in contributing to automation and / or process improvement in the P2P process of a rapidly growing company
