Own the roadmap for Mosaic process evolution, identifying highest-value opportunities to reduce cycle time, improve throughput/quality, and enhance compliance confidence across end-to-end content workflows., Map current-state processes, design future-state workflows, roles/RACI, and governance, and create practical implementation plans that scale across brands and regions., Partner with product/tech/data teams to identify, prioritize, and deploy AI/GenAI use cases (e.
, intelligent intake, content reuse, routing, summarization, and QA) with appropriate risk controls and human-in-the-loop design., Establish and run a continuous improvement cadence (problem intake, root-cause analysis, piloting, rollout), standardizing best practices while allowing necessary local flexibility., Define KPIs/OKRs and instrumentation (e.
