Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 4–5+ years fund accounting experience, 3+ years managing teams, Knowledge of U. S. GAAP, Experience with financial instruments, Solid understanding of corporate actions, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Communication skills
Nice to Have
CPA or CFA, Progress toward certification, Experience with Geneva, Experience with Total Return, Experience with other fund accounting platforms, Client-facing experience, Experience leading large client relationships, Proven ability to drive process improvements

Demonstrate knowledge of accounting

Maintain internal Private Equity business reporting calendar
Review client deliverables
Review realized and unrealized gains/losses
Review management fees
Review investor allocations
Review investment data
Review partner’s capital allocations
Review general ledgers
Review trial balances
Aggregate key business metrics
Maintain key business metrics
Aggregate client metrics

Reconcile key business metrics
