**Director Private Banking – Wezembeek-Oppem** **A day in the life of a Director Private Banking** You lead and grow the Private Banking activity in Wezembeek-Oppem, taking full ownership of the commercial performance and development of your market. You inspire, coach and challenge a team of Private Bankers, helping them achieve ambitious targets while strengthening their client portfolios. You actively transmit your commercial mindset and ensure a strong focus on acquisition, growth and long-term client relationships. You play a key role in expanding the Private Banking franchise by leveraging your local network and identifying new business opportunities, particularly within the entrepreneurial client segment. You position ING Private Banking as a trusted partner in your region, acting as a strong ambassador both internally and externally. You actively build synergies with Business Banking, Personal Banking and other segments to accelerate growth. As a true role model, you manage and develop your own client portfolio, contributing directly to results while staying close to the business. **How to succeed** Our biggest expectation is that you’ll stay curious.
