What You'll Do.
Lead Portfolio Execution team
Translate strategic initiatives
Ensure strategic objectives are translated
Convene cross-functional stakeholders
Provide hands-on execution leadership
Design and maintain Executive Operations Portfolio dashboards
Deliver executive-ready insights
Conduct portfolio-level analysis
Support Quarterly Business Reviews
Establish early warning systems
Drive to timely resolution of blockers
Serve as strategic liaison
Partner with Tech Operations
Synthesize technical status
Facilitate business-IT alignment
Conduct retrospectives and lessons-learned sessions
Provide execution and quality oversight
Foster a culture of disciplined execution
Lead a team of managers
Develop talent through coaching
