Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field, 10+ years of progressive experience in project and program management, Demonstrated success building, scaling, or transforming PMO and program management functions, Expertise in establishing governance models, delivery frameworks, performance metrics, project methodologies, and execution standards, Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs, Experience implementing structured project controls, change management processes, resource planning practices, and financial oversight mechanisms, Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
PMP, PgMP, PfMP, or equivalent project management certification, Experience within regulated, multi-site, or highly complex operational environments

Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead and continuously enhance enterprise-wide project and program management practices, including governance frameworks, methodologies, standards, tools, and reporting processes. Oversee the full lifecycle of projects and programs, ensuring successful delivery against scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and business objectives. Establish and manage program-level oversight for large, multi-project initiatives by coordinating dependencies, milestones, financial performance, risks, and expected benefits. Drive effective governance and stage-gate processes, ensuring accountability, informed decision-making, and visibility into delivery performance across the organization. Manage project and program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, capacity planning, and utilization tracking. Build, mentor, and develop high-performing project and program management teams while creating clear competency frameworks and career development pathways. Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional stakeholders, proactively addressing risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and execution challenges. Deliver executive-level reporting and insights that support strategic decision-making and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout project execution. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, disciplined delivery, customer satisfaction, and successful project closure with documented lessons learned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in project and program management, including leadership positions overseeing enterprise-scale initiatives.
