7+ years experience delivering software products and/or platform services, 3+ years in a leadership role (Director/Manager/Lead), Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end product delivery (discovery → launch → operate) with measurable outcomes, background in modern software delivery (CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, Git-based workflows, release governance), Experience leading cross-functional programs across teams that do not report into you, Familiarity with broadcast or live media operational realities (master control/playout concepts, monitoring, live integration, reliability constraints), Ability to turn operational needs into clear requirements, user stories, and delivery plans
