Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field, 10+ years of experience in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience, 5+ years’ experience in a position of leadership, advanced technical skills in the mechanical/electrical fields, Thorough knowledge of maintenance systems, Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Knowledge of SAP, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, High level of written and oral communication skills, organizational planning, analytical reasoning, adaptability, Ability to communicate technical ideas to a non-technical audience, interpersonal skills, technical skills, presentation skills

Nice to Have

Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, 8+ years of relevant experience, Knowledge of different pork products, Knowledge of the Meat Industry
