Blank Medical Directors and Practice Directors/Division Chiefs. This role has oversight of Children’s Physician Practices including Gastroenterology/Hepatology, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Physiatry, Consult Psych, Critical Care Medicine, Nephrology, Neonatology, Pathology, Hospitalists (SR & EG), Judson Hawk, Genetics, Medically Complex Subspecialties, Strong for Life, Endocrinology/Infectious Disease, PACS, Pulmonology and Aerodigestive. This leader works collaborates with physician and administrators across the system to drive operational improvements and excellence with a focus on people management and engagement, quality and patient safety, patient experience, and financial performance. This role reports to the Vice President, Physician Practice Operations. Approximately 500 clinical and administrative professionals report through this leader.
