What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7-10+ years of experience in performance marketing and performance marketing strategy, at least 2 years leading multi-channel programs at scale ($100M+ annual spend), 3+ years of experience managing and developing teams of media buyers, analysts, or channel specialists, Proven success building and scaling integrated performance marketing programs across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and other growth platforms, Deep expertise in performance measurement and attribution, including MMM, geo testing, incrementality studies, and experimentation frameworks, grasp of media buying mechanics, creative optimization, and auction dynamics across platforms, Advanced quantitative and analytical background, A bias toward action, experimentation, and continuous improvement

Own and operate Scribe’s global performance marketing program across all performance channels

Develop and execute the holistic performance marketing strategy
and investment frameworks that align to company-level growth goals
Define and drive the tactics that brings your strategy to life
using deep expertise and first-principles thinking to identify
