About the Role The Director, People Partnering – AI Infrastructure (US) will lead the development and delivery of strategic people partnering across Nscale’s AI Infrastructure organisation in the United States. This role will directly partner with the President of AI Infrastructure and their leadership team across Technology, Product, AI Infrastructure Operations, and Security. You will play a critical role in shaping the people strategy that enables the build, scale, and secure operation of Nscale’s AI infrastructure platform. This is a highly strategic and commercially aligned role, balancing organisational design, talent strategy, leadership capability, and operational excellence within a deeply technical, high-growth environment. Reporting to the Global Director, Head of People Partnering, you will act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership while ensuring scalable, compliant, and high-performance people practices across the US region.
