Must Have
Highly developed skills in influencing and navigating a complex, heavily matrixed global organization, 5+ years of relevant industry experience in a Global environment, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, A focused driver with a structured process approach and ability to deliver outcomes, Ability to work in and organize self in a highly ambiguous environment with minimal direction, Ability to work in a complex and highly matrixed including being skilled at influencing senior leaders across the organization, Ability to influence at peer group level without having direct management being able to work in a flat organizational structure that requires agility, Ability to work effectively across teams, foster inclusivity, overcome resistance and navigate a complex organization, Ability to quickly build credibility and relationships across large multiple global teams, Resolves complex operational problems requiring strategic and innovative solutions, Advanced problem-solving skills, Able to quickly identify and understand issues and drive towards effective resolution
Nice to Have
Experience of HR consulting and Organizational Design desired but not necessary, Passionate about people development, communicator, highly energetic with ability to influence and persuade others, Aptitude to communicate and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritization and organization skills, Advanced communication skills, Ability to simplify complex concepts and messages to the essential components and deliver these effectively to a wide range of audiences, Facilitation skills
What You'll Do.
Provide primary People Partner support to the People function
Ensure overall People governance
Secure deployment of core people processes
Provide counsel and advice for People matters
Drive a systemic talent strategy
Support all managers and the People Leadership Team
Ensure People plans and priorities align with overall People Strategy
Build and execute on people plans
Partner with leaders on people planning
Drive workforce planning efforts
Manage headcount budget
Drive the Performance Management Process
Facilitate review sessions
Train new staff in process application
Counsel employees and managers
Coach Managers to manage employee performance issues
Drive Talent Development and talent reviews
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborating closely with the PLT; Working collaboratively with the global and local People Partner network; Working with the Extended People Leadership Team; Partner with the respective leaders; Collaborate with Talent Acquisition; Work with business on strategic workforce design; Work with team members and people leaders; Working in close collaboration with Functional leaders; Work effectively across teams; Build credibility and relationships across large multiple global teams; Collaborate in close partnership with each other and our customers
