What They're Looking For.

Must Have

10+ years of experience across HR Operations or People Operations, with increasing scope and leadership responsibility, Proven experience owning HRIS systems, people analytics, and operational infrastructure at scale, track record of driving innovation and building scalable HR processes in high-growth, fast-paced and distributed environments, Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing cross-functional stakeholders, High level of data fluency, with the ability to translate insights into action, Expertise in compliance, policies, and operational best practices across the employee lifecycle, operator mindset with the ability to move between strategy and hands-on execution

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration
