Eligibility Requirements

U. S. citizen or national, U. S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U. S. as a refugee or granted asylum, Blue’s Standard Background Check, Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) background check, Drivers who operate Commercial Motor Vehicles may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

10+ years experience in People Analytics or related fields, 3+ years managing People Analytics teams and/or software engineering teams, Expertise in Tableau and SQL, knowledge of Data science language skills such as Python, or VBA, data storytelling skills, experience presenting to the C-suite

Define and implement people analytics strategy

Establish vision for data

Create roadmap for analytics capabilities

Lead development of intelligence-driven HR products

Transform analytics into scalable product features

Identify and prioritize AI use cases

Develop and maintain self-service reporting solutions

Define and lead tracking of KPIs

Build predictive models

Develop analytical frameworks

Create custom analytical solutions

Build and lead analytics and product team

Establish standards and best practices

Establish data governance practices

Design and implement data infrastructure

Drive cross-domain initiatives

Partner with HR Centers of Excellence

Collaborate with business leaders

Develop and deliver training

Team & Collaboration

Partner with a broader HR Technology organization; Partner with HR Tech and Engineering teams; Partner with HR Tech and Product Management teams; Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, HRBPs, and the HR Service Center; Collaborate with business leaders; Foster cross-functional collaboration
