Across EMEA, payroll is currently delivered through multiple vendors, varied processes, and different operating models. The next phase requires strong leadership to harmonize how we operate, reduce vendor complexity and cost, and define a clear, sustainable payroll model for the region. This role requires someone who has led multi-country payroll transformation before and is comfortable working in environments that are evolving and not yet fully structured.
