## Accountabilities Develop, own, and continuously refine the organization's strategic payer narrative, ensuring alignment with business priorities and market opportunities. Establish and communicate a differentiated value proposition that integrates clinical outcomes, economic benefits, and operational capabilities. Serve as the primary architect of payer-focused messaging across product, portfolio, and enterprise-level strategies. Translate healthcare industry trends, market dynamics, and strategic objectives into compelling narratives for payer stakeholders. Partner with commercial and field teams to convert payer strategy into practical messaging, tools, and enablement resources that support customer engagement. Guide thought leadership initiatives and external payer communications, strengthening market awareness and organizational credibility. Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate strategic vision, competitive differentiation, and business impact. Lead cross-functional planning and alignment across marketing, sales, payer strategy, health economics, customer experience, medical affairs, and product teams. Ensure consistent integration of payer-focused messaging into brand strategies, go-to-market plans, and customer engagement programs. Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, teamwork, inclusion, and operational excellence. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field. 12+ years of progressive experience in healthcare sales, payer account management, payer marketing, or related healthcare commercial functions. 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams, strategic initiatives, or cross-functional programs. Deep understanding of payer organizations, healthcare economics, reimbursement models, and healthcare market dynamics.
