COMP360 has Breakthrough Therapy designation from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and has received Innovative Licensing and Access Pathway (ILAP) designation in the UK for treatment-resistant depression (TRD) due to the pressing unmet need in this area. We are currently in phase 3 for TRD, have completed phase 2 studies for both post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and anorexia nervosa and are planning a further late-stage study in PTSD. Job Overview: The Director, Payer Analytics is responsible for generating actionable insights on payer coverage, reimbursement, and access to support the successful commercialization of COMP 360. This role plays a critical part in understanding and optimizing patient access by analyzing payer behavior, formulary decisions, utilization management, and contracting dynamics across national, regional, and government payers. The position is part of Market Access, Pricing & Contracting strategy team. Location: Hybrid in our New York City office, or remote in the United States.
