Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related, 10+ years of marketing experience in biotech/pharma, understanding of US healthcare dynamics, payer environment, and regulatory requirements for investigational products, Expertise in market research, brand strategy, omnichannel marketing, and analytics tools, Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and project management skills
Nice to Have
MBA preferred, proven leadership in CNS or specialty launch experience a plus

Lead Patient marketing strategies development and implementation
Develop Patient marketing strategies for COMP360
Focus on core digital materials
Develop patient support services plan
Participate in market research
competitive landscape
and customer insights
Inform strategic planning and tactical execution
Own creation of marketing materials
Educate Patients and Care Partners on COMP360's value proposition
Ensure regulatory compliance
Collaborate with Patient Engagement team
Develop Patient Support program and materials
Manage marketing budgets
Manage vendor relationships
Manage KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
Drive cross-functional alignment on marketing initiatives
Foster innovation in mental health care delivery
Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team
