**Job Description:** Amplifi is dentsu’s commercial innovation arm: we amplify the craft of the network, delivering incremental value and measurable outcomes. Amplifi builds growth solutions that drive effectiveness, efficiency, and impact for clients. The Partnerships & Platform division is responsible for all elements of strategic partnerships for the dentsu Media practice in the US. The team sits at the intersection of dentsu’s media agencies (Carat, iProspect and dentsuX), clients, investment and activation communities, and Amplifi, the commercial innovation arm for dentsu. The team is responsible for translating the business needs of dentsu’s clients, the strategic and commercial imperatives of dentsu itself, as well as emergent and established trends across the industry and society into strategic, value-driven, and beneficial partnerships. They also set the strategic agenda for partnerships for dentsu in the marketplace, in new business and in product/solution design within dentsu. The Director, Partnerships will serve as a subject-matter expert in evaluating, developing, and executing partnership opportunities with a dedicated focus on Sports & Entertainment media, platforms, and ecosystems. Reporting to the SVP, Partnerships, this role supports the creation and execution of partnership strategy across sports leagues, teams, talent, live events, content owners, and entertainment platforms, ensuring excellence in deal structure, delivery, and value realization. You will collaborate across adjacent media channels, environments, and disciplines, working closely with internal teams to ensure partnerships deliver against core objectives: strategic alignment, innovation, and measurable value.
