The TEM Participant Engagement Strategy team partners with TEM and Wealth leadership to drive B2B2C innovation, optimize service models, and ensure distribution channels are aligned to deliver measurable business outcomes. **** **_THE ROLE_** The TEM Participant Engagement Strategy team is seeking an ambitious, client-obsessed leader with a strong track record of developing strategy, translating analytics into actionable opportunities, and driving alignment across senior stakeholders.
