What They're Looking For.
Must Have
solid experience in managing an OTC related Product Portfolio, track record in both product development and commercial strategy: having built impactful own brand products and defined brand identities and value propositions for diverse markets and customer needs, experience leading your own team as well as steering cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
established network in the CDMO/ CMO ( Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) ecosystem, business fluent in German skills are a plus
What You'll Do.
scale our Own Brand business
and inspire a team of experts in product development
category management and go-to-market
define and implement a comprehensive short- and long-term own brand strategy
manage the full product lifecycle
from identifying market potential to development and launch
ensure regulatory compliance
effective product management
and commercial performance
identify innovation opportunities
including licensing and strategic partnerships—to expand the own brand portfolio by leveraging consumer insights and market trends

Team & Collaboration
collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. brand, regulatory, marketing, supply chain) to create an ideal setup for our own brand operations; steering cross-functional teams
