**Posting Date** 06/01/2026 3820 N College AveSte 140, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46205-2870, United States of America As a member of the Value Based Care team, the **Director, Operations - Integrated Kidney Care (IKC)** will report directly to the Vice President. This leader will operate across both government and commercial VBC lanes leading functions to ensure the overarching success of programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of business strategy, engaging with internal and external partners, aggregating and synthesizing analysis, partnering with various functions across the enterprise to drive strategic planning, innovation, and execution. This individual will organize management processes, drive business communications internally and externally, and support teammate engagement. This teammate will partner with DaVita Kidney Care, Nephrologists, supporting business functions and operating teams. DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) is the leading value based care provider for patients with kidney disease. We support patients with kidney disease holistically to address the totality of their healthcare needs, ultimately reducing medical complications and overall healthcare cost.
